La Seda Barcelona agrees a 300 million capital increase

The Board of Directors of La Seda Barcelona has agreed to a capital increase for an amount of EUR 300 million. This operation will be submitted to the approval of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders convened at second call for December 17.
Previously, La Seda Barcelona will reduce its share capital in the amount corresponding to that, once offset any losses and endowed with legal reserve and indispensable reserve, the nominal value is fixed at 0.10 euros for title. The legal reserve that it would provide would be EUR 6.268.734,01 and the unavailable reserve 91.622.185,89 euros. At the same time, through this action, is expected to compensate for the losses of previous years, and the accumulated until September 30, worth a total of EUR 466,5 million.
