Sepro Robotique reaffirms its 'Free Choice' concept with 23 robots in the K
A total of 23 robots on display, in its own stand and the other six business partner, Sepro Robotique It intends to show to the visitors of the 2013 K that no other company offers so many choices in the automation of injection molding by injection. "When we talk about 'Right to decide' in robots, is that we want to show to potential clients that no matter what your application, regardless of where they are, anyone who are their operating parameters, Sepro has options that can meet their needs", explains Jean-Michel Renaudeau, CEO of Sepro Robotique.
Its 255 m2 of stand shows among others:
- Line robots of vision and 5 X 6 X in a cell Automation: two units of six-axis jointed-arm shown together with a Cartesian 5 axis robot a harmonic motion. Developed by Sepro Robotique in collaboration with Stäubli Robotics these two families of robots are aimed at applications of molding injection that require handling of complex parts.
- Multi-material injection molding and technique of decoration in mould (IMD) with Multi-Inject 20 in a Sumitomo-Demag injection: vertical injection in a molding machine by injection of two-component unit may interfere with the movement of a robot standard beam, but the Sepro Multi-injecting 20, that it occurs for the first time in the 2013 K, is different. This specially designed unit will operate in a Sumitomo-Demag machine with a closing pressure of 2,100 tons, making a mould of two-position scrapers of ice with soft touch grip surfaces.
- S5-15 Axial robot shows molding by inclusion in an IMM 60T of Arburg: Arburg 60T injection molding machine operates with a robot-S5-15, the smallest model of the line units of 3-axis servo-driven high-performance from Sepro, for applications requiring several axes and multi-function parts handling. The robot is presented in an axial, mode setting the horizontal beam running parallel to the injection unit.
