At present, the sector of the transformation of plastics governs by the XVII General Agreement of the Chemicals published in the BOE the past 9 April. The sector of the transformation of plastics has 32% of the workers to which has applied them the Agreement of Chemists, in total are more than 61.000 workers. This measure has not achieved to improve the situation, since it continues being the sector with the figures of results by worker, sales by worker and wages lower of all they. Likewise, from the year 2008 this sector comes dragging a fall of the production of 27% and in the two last years the exports of transformed plastics have not left to fall. However, the chemicals in his group (excluded the transformation of plastic) had better results and even positive growths.

Anaip Goes to present in front of the Room of the Social of the National High Cutting a demand in impugnation of the Collective Agreement, for considering that the transformative companies of plastics can not result affected by the decided in a Table of Negotiation in which neither represent neither defend his interests, since the representativeness of Feique in the sector of the transformation of plastics is practically non-existent. According to words of the general director of Anaip, Enrique Galician, "Feique does not have legitimacy to negotiate and subscribe an agreement that affect to the sector of the transformation of the plastic". In parallel, Anaip has resorted in front of the National High Cutting the car dictated in the process of preparatory acts urged by the Association to verify the legitimación of the one who constituted the Table of Negotiation of the XVII General Agreement of the Chemicals.
