Erema will show in the K how plastic recycling improves performance

The subsidiary of Erema, 3S in Roitham, which specialises in the manufacture of components such as spindles, cylinders and entry for extrusion equipment, will also stand. They will present two developments: a system for measuring the wear of cylinders of the extrusion machines and a few spindles that are particularly resistant to wear, with the new Lasex process.

The value required IV, according to each application, can be flexibly achieved during the process thanks to the concept modular VACUREMA Basic, Advanced and Prime stage technology (similar to the Virgin PET IV values).
All Erema recycling systems are going to continue to count on technology ecoSAVE introduced in 2010. This reduces the already very low consumption of specific energy by up to 10%. Presented for the first time in the latest edition of the K, 3S offers armed spindles that use the process laser Lasex (controlled strengthening of metals) to a length of 6 meters and diameters from 50 to 500 mm.
As an example, the Assembly of the fillets of the spindle with the widely used PTA (Plasma Transfer Arc) process achieves a hardness 50 HRC (Rockwell) near. The novel Lasex process reaches 57 HRC, as well as significantly increase the useful life of the spindles.
