Erema, the specialist in recycling systems Austrian represented the Spain by Protecnic 1967, going to to present their latest developments and improvements in the areas of efficiency and cost of plastic recycling in the next edition of the K fair. A new feature will be the new system Erema TVEplus, presented for the first time in Düsseldorf.

As next step to the development of proven in the system of TVE extrusion of high-performance degassing for difficult work of recycling, has significantly improved the performance of degassing and homogenization. This system also includes new and improved components of subsequent installation in terms of technology, maintenance and cleaning from the die head until the drying centrifuge.

In addition to the presentation in detail with customized for polyolefin and plastic technical systems, recycling systems for PET Bottle-to-Bottle, online technologies to direct films, fibers and productions from strips of PET flakes with Vacurema technology, including automatic filters and systems of granulate.

The subsidiary of Erema, 3S in Roitham, which specialises in the manufacture of components such as spindles, cylinders and entry for extrusion equipment, will also stand. They will present two developments: a system for measuring the wear of cylinders of the extrusion machines and a few spindles that are particularly resistant to wear, with the new Lasex process.

With the further development of the configuration of the TVE extruder, which provides the filter in the anterior to the degassing section to form the TVEplus technology, even the most difficult waste - including films completely printed and multilayer are now to the upward - can procersarse in a single step to obtain high-quality powder.

Other developments also open up many possibilities for the Vacurema technology, especially when PET bottle flakes are processed for rPET (recycled PET), which is suitable for food contact, as is certified in numerous national and international entities.

For example, the ultimate development of a compact Crystallizer online allows the client to keep a reliable content of acetaldehyde (AA) below 1pp in the recycled PET granulate.

The value required IV, according to each application, can be flexibly achieved during the process thanks to the concept modular VACUREMA Basic, Advanced and Prime stage technology (similar to the Virgin PET IV values).

All Erema recycling systems are going to continue to count on technology ecoSAVE introduced in 2010. This reduces the already very low consumption of specific energy by up to 10%. Customers not only save on energy costs, they also play an active part in the protection of the environment through the reduction of emissions of CO₂.

Presented for the first time in the latest edition of the K, 3S offers armed spindles that use the process laser Lasex (controlled strengthening of metals) to a length of 6 meters and diameters from 50 to 500 mm.

As an example, the Assembly of the fillets of the spindle with the widely used PTA (Plasma Transfer Arc) process achieves a hardness 50 HRC (Rockwell) near. The novel Lasex process reaches 57 HRC, as well as significantly increase the useful life of the spindles.
