Machine Center, S.A.official distributor of Okuma in Spain and Portugal, attends one year at the EMO exhibition in Hannover from 19 to 24 September 2011 with its represented at the presentation of the latest developments.

New Okuma
Okuma news from this year are present in all types of machine - lathes, multi-tasking-machining centers, and even new control Okuma OSP P300, which stands out for its ease in handling, thanks to improvements in the programme will be presented. Also the new design of Okuma machinery, with new color and more rounded shapes will be shown for the first time.
Within the multi-tasking, occurs throughout the range of the Multus (B200, B300 and B400 the B750) that since its release it remains one of the leaders in global sales. Especially designed for the growing industry of medical and Orthopedic sector, Okuma presents the Millac 33TU 5-axis vertical multitasking. The new center of turning vertical VTM-1200YB, designed for the machining of hard materials, has a bomb of 150 bars and stability of high precision for hours thanks to the Thermo-Friendly concept, what make this machine an essential tool for the industry of Aeronautics, power generators and naval construction, among other pieces.
The exposed machining centers are the series MB-1000 (MB-4000 and MB-8000), smart, fast and high-efficiency machines. The new MP-46VB is vertical center of high technology, designed to meet the demand of the industry of the mold for the automobile and electrical apparatus, among others. Also highlights the Genos M560-V, descendant of the MB-V series; MB-66VB and the horizontal center MA - 600 H II, with spindle of high-torque, more compact Matrix warehouse for 320 tools and enhanced manageability.
As regards the developments of lathes, presents the new EX LT2000 with 3 turrets: generation of integrated processes and process of high-efficiency, thanks to the specifications of the third turret to the expansion of the hole of the spindle, the role of the axis and and to the enhancement of the capacity of milling. The high quality, maximum stiffness, speed, ease of operation and extreme versatility are the characteristics that best define the LB series of Okuma, which presents the model LB3000 EX MY C + Robot; and also exhibits a lathe of the Genos L300-MY series, a machine that happens to be pioneering in this era of global competition for the achievement of the trade-offs between high quality and low costs.
