IK-4-Ideko present new solutions for the vibrations in processes of mechanised

The Technological Centre IK4-Ideko presents the developments tackled in the European project Dynxperts that have given like result 3 patents and two products for the sector of the Machine Tool.

The main result of this project has been to develop a series of components ‘plug-and-produce' to improve the productivity and the quality of the processes of the chain of production, in concrete in the machines tool, key component in the processes of production.
At present, the machines tool are full complex structures of sensors and actuators. However, in these systems the points of measurement and the action are generally far of the zone of cutting and the bandwidth with frequency is not the sufficiently wide as to avoid vibrations and ensure the suitable dynamic behaviour. The project Dynxperts has surpassed these limitations with the introduction of actuators and placed sensors the more near possible to the point of mechanised.
The components ‘plug-and-produce' developed integrate sensors, actuators advanced, software of easy use and in several of the intelligent material applications. The easy installation in machine tool, allows to increase the functionality and productivity of the same, qualifying them to tackle operations more complex and reducing at the same time the risk of defects and/or accidents.
With this aim in mind, the project Dynxperts has developed a new generation of adaptative components including two cabezales mecatrónicos, a first for processes with exigencias of big pair and a second of high speed based in magnetic levitation.
The results of the project have given to place to three patents and two final products smart to be commercialised. On the other hand, two final users are evaluating in industrial conditions developments realised in the project.
Thanks to the excellent work realised by the partners of the project have patented three inventions. On the one hand a new cabezal mecatrónico for milling, an amortiguador autosintonizable based in currents of hedy and a system of tie up of pieces of complex forms based in fluent magnetorheológicos. These elements join up with ease to the original machine to delete or cushion the vibrations produced in machines-tool during the processes of mechanised using an active strategy of amortiguación.
Also fruit of this work researcher have generated two new products already available in catalogue. The first is an actuator Mica, that generates, in comparison with what find in the market, a greater strength in a lower volume. The second result is digital Controller UC65 designed to control systems mecatrónicos complexes.
