IK4 Lortek advises to several companies of the CAPV in the certification of his production soldered

In 2012 six Basque companies attained the certificate of quality of welding, thanks to the advice received by IK4 Lortek and to the nickname the helps promoted porel Basque Government, Competes Cheque-innova. The aseguramiento of the quality of the production soldered goes through the implantation and certification of the manufacture in base to the requirements and fulfillments with European and international norms.

The norms that establish the requests to demand in the manufacture soldered can contemplate own generic appearances of the process of welding or besides include the derivatives of a sector and market. The norm ISO 3834 describes the general requirements for the control of the process of welding, being therefore a norm troncal for the development of the rest of the own rules of a sector. The sectors that at present sue the certificate of the production soldered are the rail sector (IN 15085) and the sector of the construction (IN 1090). In these normative IK4 Lortek has developed a methodology of effective work that has him allow to achieve satisfactory results with the companies in which it has worked.
