Produce bottles of PET recycled
From it does some years Aoki has been developing and improving equipment of injection-blown-biorientado, to be able to work indistinctly from PET virgin or of flakes of PET pertinent of bottles and/or preformas of PET trituradas. The aesthetic and technical characteristics of the bottles produced from the PET recycled, are substantially identical to the ones of PET virgin.
Until it does relatively little, the PET recycled obtained from the own wastes in factories of production of bottles, mainly in installations with equipment of two stages.
At present, the PET recycled is available in the market (PCR-PET: recycled post consumption), with a supply ensured and a uniform quality, to a price roughly of the 50 percent the one of the PET virgin.
Taking into account that the cost of the material represents more than the half of the cost of production of the bottle, the use of PET recycled is economically justified.
Like this, for example, for a production of 6.000.000 units/year of clean bottles-glasses, type "gun", with a weight of 45 g. The consumption of PET is of 270 Tn annual. The saving, using PCR-PET is of some 180.000 annual euros.
