Inyectora With hydraulics closing of two dishes
Italtech (Represented by Centrotécnica) presented in Equiplast the last generation of machines of injection of the series KS, with system of hydraulics closing of 2 dishes, that supposes an important technological advance. To the advantages of the precision and the rapidity of movements of this system of closing, join the conception of a structure widely dimensionada, with measures of dishes, distance between columns and wide careers, all this controlled from the sophisticated system of control Alpha 6.
This control manages the process of work of the machine and occasional peripherals associated, realises a permanent control of all the data selected, control of quality, of production and alarms in case of deviation of some parameter and allows the technical service to distance, by means of the connection to a telephone line. It is besides, easy and use, with the interface operator (terminal) developed in surroundings "Windows" , that for greater ease keeps the graphic appearance of terminal precedents, whereas the modality to "modify data" is integrated cheese cheese to the functionality of a tactile screen.
The system allows the accessibility through standard protocols (ODBC; SQL....) To the database, by means of the main commercial packages (Excel, Access), being able to install the control of the machine in the computer network of the plant.
It stands out also the version IS- Power Saving, available for all the range of machines of the series BS, KS and MKS of Italtech (from 420 until 8.000 tonnes of closing), that adjusts the installed capacity to the effective exigencias of the cycle of the machine, absorbing exclusively the power required.
