An inyectora Boy 35, horizontal and vertical
With the development of the new machines of 35 and 35 VV (350 kN), Boy tests again his implication with the development of products of avant-garde in the field of the inyectoras technological, underneath of the 100 tonnes of closing.
It treats of an improvement of the previous model of 30 tonnes that offers now greater capacity and provision, greater heights of work, system of closing of the type 2 dishes, with 4 columns; and contained general dimensions that repercuten in a lower busy space in the floor. The model VV, with closing and vertical injection keeps the configuration of his small sister Boy 22 VV, with the fixed inferior dish, that avoids any movement of the insertos. Both models, vertical or horizontal, can mount the different controls that Boy offers, standing out the Procan CT, that by means of an industrial PC and tactile screen to colour, presents like the option of greater possibilities of programming, maximum precision and greater control. All this joined to an interesting ease of use. The learning by means of a tutorial is included of series, as well as the program of fast start with new moulds, that by means of some minimum parameters allows to initiate the production and go optimising it with the incursion of new parameters.
