Danobat Group celebrates its technical conferences from June 28 to July 1
May 9, 2011
danobat group announces that its technical conferences to be held from June 28 to July 1 in the Danobat (Elgoibar) and Soraluce (Bergara) facilities. The thematic main of these meetings will be the machine for the machining of parts of large dimensions for sectors such as energy (wind, nuclear, gas), naval, aerospace and equipment.
The technical conference will be a good opportunity to see the latest innovations developed by Soraluce (specialist in milling-bore) and Danobat (solutions specialized multitecnología). In them, Danobat Group will present the latest developments in milling-bore (Soraluce) and turning and grinding (Danoabt) for applications of large dimensions, in which the systems of automation, measurement, software, take a leading role due to the special characteristics of this type of pieces.
Visitors will have the opportunity to visit the facilities of design, manufacture and Assembly, see machines at your stage of installation, see demonstrations of machining and discuss future projects
The main innovations that you can see the visitor shall be:
- Milling-boring machines of mobile column up to 7000 mm of vertical travel and 1,900 mm in transversal departing from modular cane (patented system).
- Centres of turning vertical for the mechanization of parts of up to 8,000 mm in diameter.
- Horizontal lathes and vertical specific for automotive sector.
- Guides for bench grinders; grinders horizontal for parts up to 5,000 millimeters in length and equipped with measuring systems absolute multidiámetro 'in-process'; vertical grinders that integrate operations of turning hard, rectifying with different types of grinding wheel and in-process measurement; grinders without centres; grinders for the aerospace sector and grinding machines for large production that incorporate the latest technology (linear motors, benches of granite, etc.).
