Ibérico products from Salamanca participates the international meeting for teachers of Spanish in Salamanca

On July 1, the Iberian Salamanca guarantee mark participated in a tasting offered in Salamanca, city of the Spanish, the participants in the international meeting for teachers of Spanish, which was carried out between June 30 and July 2. During the event, with 600 teachers of English from different parts of the world, attendees tasted a selection of the best Iberian products of the guarantee mark Iberian of Salamanca (hams, shoulders, loins and Iberian "embutidos"), together with products star Hornazo Salamanca and cheeses and wines of Las Arribes. Initiatives as this claim, by the members of the Association of entrepreneurs of Iberian promote, between professional and representatives of the sector, the culture of the Iberian and the knowledge of these delicacies, in Salamanca, already are referred to as 'cum laude'.
