Lamieral Installs a solution of Recofill to reduce his broadcasts of dust
The problem of the broadcasts of dust in his surroundings supposes a big environingingmental problem put that the five machines of plasma that they have generate big quantities of dust. Thus, in the company needed a good system of collected and storage of dust. The filters WAM that had installed until then generated in each hopper 40 litres of dust twice a day, what forced them to realise the transport and casting of the hoppers of manual way. This supposes time died in the system of production and, therefore an investment of resources little profitable.
Arrived to this point saw the need to find a solucion suitable to his needs, by what put in contact with WAM to traves of his provider and analysed jointly the problem until finding the solution: Recofill + Tecu + Easyfill.
With this system attained recolectar the dust generated in his process by means of the filter Tecu, transport it and ensacarlo of automatic form. Regarding his storage, by means of the system of Recofill obtains the dust compressesed, by what the space of storage reduces considerably, saving between 50 or 60 containers.
Thus, from Lamieral are convinced that the system “no only contributes economic efficiency in the process if no that besides it is a good instrument to avoid broadcasts to the surroundings”.
