The European Commission has demanded in the frame of the procedure of settlement of accounts a total amount of 214 million euros of bottoms of the agricultural politics of the worn EU indebidamente by the States members. Said amount has to give back to the budget of the Union because of the incumplimiento of the norms of this or to the inadecuación of the procedures of control of the agricultural expense. The States members are responsible to pay and control the expenses effected in the frame of the Common Agricultural Politics (PAC), and the Commission is forced to guarantee that those do a correct use of the bottoms.

In virtue of the decision that finishes to adopt , the States members to which requires the return of bottoms are Denmark, Germany, Greece, Spain, Italy, Cyprus, Malta, the Low Countries, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Finland, Sweden and the United Kingdom. The most important corrections are the following:

- 76,6 million euros to charge of Sweden by the deficiencies that present so much the System of Identification of Plots – System of Geographic Information (SIP/SIG), like the administrative controls and the sanctions that apply to the expenses of the helps by surface, included the measures of rural development associated to this

- 70,9 million euros to charge of Italy because of the delay of the controls of the sector lechero

- 22,3 million euros to charge Denmark by the deficiencies of the SIP/SIG, of the controls on the terrain and of the calculation of the sanctions
