Upta Adheres to the PMcM to struggle against the morosidad of the AA PP and companies

The Managerial Board of the Union of Professionals and Autonomous Workers (Upta) has ratified by unanimity his adhesion to the Platform Multisectorial against the Morosidad (PMcM), with the aim to struggle against the morosidad, looking after the strict fulfillment of the frame regulatorio tipificado in the Law 15/2010 of Measures of Fight against the Morosidad in the Commercial Operations.
For the president of the PMcM, Rafael Baron, the adhesion of Upta supposes “an important institutional backrest and business to our work to eradicate the morosidad in Spain, a true lacra that has finished already with 200.000 companies and autonomous, a third of the businesses clausurados during the current economic crisis, and that affects mainly to the autonomous, a community enciphered in some 3,15 million autonomous”.
By his part, the general secretary of Upta, Sebastián Reyna, has described this incorporation like “a positive step in the defence of the rights and interests of our associated in front of the cases of abuse of dominant position or dilación in the terms of payment pro part of some of his customers”, and has added to the diverse claims of the PMcM, between others, the relative to the urgent need to create a penalizing diet and implant measures no coercive like the figure of the mediator, that so much success harvests in France.
