Fercodis celebrates its 12th Assembly

On 26 May was held at the Hotel Chamartín, Madrid, the 12th Assembly General of partners of Fercodis, with the participation of a representative group of its members.
Prior to holding the meeting was held in an adjoining Hall, the day of working with suppliers which, in its second edition, brought together the following signatures:

- WD-40 COMPANY LTD. Spain.
By space of just over three hours, these providers could foster relationships with assistants partners, present innovations of products, make commercial proposals and do business.
The Assembly began with a few words from salutación Enrique Hernández, who in his capacity as Chief Executive Officer and on behalf of the society welcomed attendees with a special thanks to new members attending for the first time to this Act, have been incorporated after the conclusion of the previous Assembly, stressing that the bet at the beginning of last yearwith the addition of Gerardo Callejo as managing director, with the Mission of piloting a renewal of management, is making it possible that Fercodis is ever more present and more forcefully in the sector. "Clearly - stated Hernández - the path taken is full of challenges and opportunities and although outcomes should not never expected in the short term", as ascertained through the data to be submitted along with the innovative guidelines that are carried out.
Then, Gerardo Callejo, Manager of Fercodis, highlighted the good results obtained during 2010, year that has passed for 46 partners to 53. Also in what you have in 2011, have been incorporated new members to the group, reaching 58 partners. This increase in critical mass has meant an increase in the volume of purchases which, together with the incorporation of new suppliers, as explained in his speech the commercial director of Fercodis, Carlos Díaz, has led to a growth of return received by partners (via abseiling) 40%, with respect to the previous year.
Fercodis future plans include keep adding partners. In addition the organization is working in the development of new sales channels through the web and e-commerce.
Fercodis is also developing a segmentation of your partners according to their specialization. In this way, it is intended to provide information of interest, which can generate proposals and business opportunities more consistent with its business and the families of product with which they work. Currently, three groups have been established: construction, mechanics (industrial and maintenance) and professional maintenance of the household (plumbing, carpentry, electricity...).
