The Association of Spanish manufacturers of DIY and hardware,
Afeb, has made a journey of exploration (exclusive for members) of the English market, which has allowed it to know the model of store and distribution of this particular market. In a day and a half of duration (3 and 4 March), Afeb partners were able to visit: B & Q (Warehouse Store), Homebase, Focus DIY, The Range (Fastest growing DIY chain), Wickes, Wilkinson, Robert Dyas, St. Davis Store, Sainsbury, Tesco and Poores of Actonone of the most successful independent.
In addition, partners had the opportunity to attend an interesting talk of approach to the English market in the hands of Peter Stone, Manager of BHETA, British Association of DIY, which boasts 300 companies partners and that, as Afeb, belongs to Fediyma (European Federation of associations of DIY).
