Sudan, which only began its oil exports in 1999, has become this year the third largest producer of oil in sub-Saharan Africa, only surpassed by Nigeria and Angola. The peace between the North and the South has allowed Sudan now produce around 400,000 barrels per day (bbl/d) of crude oil and the Government plans to increase production to 600,000 bbl/d by the end of the year. Despite the sanctions imposed by USA it is a market with enormous growth potential.
EGA Master exhibited in Sudan their complete solution of tools and equipment of security for the most demanding oil industry, including its recently expanded range of instruments anti-explosion intrinsically safe.
Ethiopia and Kenya economies depend mainly on the coffee, the tourism industry and construction. In recent years have also experienced a dramatic economic growth.
