SNA Europe and its new business strategies
It breaks with the structure of commercial networks by brand. From now on commercial networks SNA Europe will be divided by segments. Three divisions which correspond to large segments have been created in the new organization:
-Industry
-Automotive
-Pruning, DIY and guilds
These segments are strategic for the company that aligns your organization with the aim of providing specific answers to the demands of each of them.
With this new organization, each client will be visited by a sole interlocutor to represent all the interests of the company instead of a brand in particular. This model will provide greater ease of relationship with the market and a knowledge of the specific needs of the segment, channel and customer.
The main brands of SNA Europe are Acesa, Bahco, Irazola, Irimo and Palm.
Rafael Ortega, nomabrado Director of sales of SNA Europe for Spain
Rafael Ortega has been named responsible for the new trade organization. Rafael has been commercial Director of Palm for the Spanish market for 16 years and now assumes the commercial management of all brands and segments in SNA Europe for Spain.
Rafael will have on your computer with Eduardo Angulo, who has been appointed Chief Commercial Officer of the segment pruning, DIY and guilds, with Fernando Betrán as commercial Director of the automotive segment and Rafael Ortega to be responsible for the segment of industryas well as commercial Director in Spain functions already cited.
Spain is one of the most important and strategic for the SNA Europe Organization, markets with 30 sales offices and a dozen production sites in different countries of Europe.
Conclusion of the Convention of SNA Europe sales
The annual sales Convention took place on 24 and 25 April in Vitoria Gasteiz Hotel.
The Convention was attended by 74 representatives and delegates of SNA Europe, along with members of the commercial management and Marketing of the company. Gino Amador, Vice President commercial of SNA Europe, opened the Convention explaining the importance of the Organization the 3 commercial networks channels as a cornerstone of the company's strategy and announced the appointment of Rafael Ortega as new Chief Commercial Officer of SNA Europe for Spain.
Rafael Ortega for his part exposed to the commercial network new strategic and distributive policy apply in this new scenario. He also stressed the absolute certainty that has this company that this new organization will be undoubtedly a better response to the demands and needs of the customers have repeatedly stated.
