ATB presents its new strategic plan for 2009-2012

The new Strategic Plan presented is based on the following principles:
-Reinforcement of the franchise model DIY focused on increased services, increased support to stores and unification of commercial strategy of the Ensign of ATB ATB.
-Greater integration between the shops and the central ATB with regard to information and management systems.
-Realization of training classrooms and workshops by the Central stores both store management knowledge of product.
-Support custom stores as to how to manage different aspects of the same (assortment, merchandising, stock, prices, etc.) to improve sales and profitability.
-Modernization of the concept of implantation and merchandising of shops as well as the corporate image of the same.
-Promotion of the purchase committees to strengthen the assortment unified all ATB stores with the objective of increasing sales and profitability.
