Esparcidor Of muck: for volumes between 15 to 24 m³ of muck
The esparcidor of muck Joleather Tornado 3 is allocated mainly to the intensive uses of part of the employers of agricultural works and of the cooperatives of agricultural machinery that wish an effective machine with a high performance. The range Tornado 3 exists for volumes between 15 to 24 m³ of muck.
Thanks to the experience of his predecessor, the Tornado 2, the new Tornado 3 wants to be a machine with better provision. The box monocasco narrow recessed was developed by means of new technicians of realisation of the boxes. The folded successive of sheets with high limit of elasticity allows to reduce the mass of the machine as well as the number of weldings conserving a very high resistance.
The esparcimiento ensures by two vertical cylinders (Ø 1.010 mm, 445 r/min) on widths of 10 to 15 metres according to the matters. The conception in shape of ladders of the screws of the cylinders combined to the action of the removable hooks of 12 mm of thickness in steel with high resistance and shovels replegables of Ø 1.100 mm allow a better explosion and a better projection any one that was the matter to scatter. The floor composes of 2 marine chains of 16 mm of diameter and of category 80 (DIN 764). acciona By a hydraulics engine whose speed is easily regulable out of the cabin of the tractor. Regarding the traction, launches it mounts in transversal parabolic plates that ensure the suspension without deformation of the line of traction. The wheels of big diameter until 1.974 mm (according to the models) offer a feeble resistance in the traction, a better capacity of support as well as an ease of driving very big in agricultural terrains. From 15 m³, the Tornado 3 can be instrumented in standard with a train rodante Hidro-Tandem with axis follower or (optionally) with a steeringal forced.
To answer to any demand, the Tornado 3 can be instrumented optionally with a door tight guillotine (with or without opening frontal indicator), with aletas of esparcimiento for the edges of fields and/or with a bell that allows to burst the matter before his esparcimiento by the shovels replegables. Also it is possible to increase the capacity of load of 2,5 to 3,5 m³ (according to the model) thanks to enhance of aluminium or wooden of a height of 250 mm.
