Vitaolé, S.L. - Plum

The leather of the plums is covered by a layer of wax that gives off when rubbing. It presents in a wide range of sizes, forms and colours that depend on the variety. Regarding the flavours, there is a very wide range of the same, that go from the deliciosamente sweet to the almost tasteless and even the acidulas. Extremadura is the main producing region of plums, by volume and specialisation, of Europe.
