The G-20 is optimistic the crisis

The G-20 in sight "the end of the tunnel" in the crisis, said the director-general of the International Monetary Fund (IMF), Dominique Strauss-Khan, at the end of the meeting held yesterday in London and attended by the Ministers of Finance of the great economic powers. Among other current issues, the meeting spoke of how an end to the excessive salaries of bankers and the importance of maintaining the fiscal aid against the crisis.
The meeting served to prepare proposals for the Summit the heads of Government of the G-20 will be held in Pittsburgh (United States) on 24 and 25 September.
