According to the Statistical Office Eurostat, the eurozone has come out of the recession in the third quarter, with growth of the gross domestic product (GDP) of 0.4% on quarter.
In fact, in the so-called 'Europe of the 27' GDP also came from negative and increased ground two-tenths on quarter in the third quarter of the year, while it builds up an annual drop of 4.3%.
The countries of the euro area that have registered a higher growth of GDP have been Slovakia (1.6%), followed by Portugal and Austria (0.9%), Germany (0.7%) and Italy (0.6%).
