/ / TAPPING 54 / special jaws adaptable to chucks of all brands used in Europe. More than 2.500 standard references and more than 5000 special jaws have been designed and manufactured in accordance to customer needs. Gamor's clients are from sectors as demanding as wind power, valves, automotive, aeronautics, railway, ship building, etc. This division is complemented by the exclusive distribution for Spain of the extensive catalogue of clamping products of the prestigious Polish company Bison-Bial, manufacturer of self-centering and power chucks, vises, life centres, indexing devices, VDI holders, and other spindle tooling accessories and tools. The Gamor sharpening and deburring division consists of table top sharpening and belt-deeding machines. The company produces one of the simplest, easiest to handle and accurate bit sharpeners on the market. In contrast to other brands and models, its structure, design and ergonomics result in a machine that will sharpen HSS and hard metal drill bits economically and accurately for many years. Aware that the development of a poor quality pneumatic tapping machine would hinder the sales of the hydraulic tapping machines, Gamor initiated this product line by adopting the pantograph system, currently used by all other tapping machine manufacturers, but correcting and reinforcing their weak points. New materials were also introduced to improve them, and the result was a range of pneumatic tapping machines that are easy to use for carrying out tapping operations in the most economical and quickest way. Currently, the company offers 3 models with sharpening capacities of Ø2-13, Ø3-20 and Ø12-26/30. In 2007, the prestigious Apollo end-mill sharpeners (Apollo 13 and Apollo 22) from the Japanese firm Bic-Tool for 2 and 4 fluted end-mills were included in the programme. The result was a small revolution in the European sharpening world due to their extraordinary simplicity in handling and incredible design inspired by the NASA Apollo missions. This division also manufactures the abrasive belt- deedingmachines —Gamor TG—2000. This was originally developed for internal use at Gamor needed for the jaw manufacturing. It is a table top deburring machine located on each machine, occupying a very small space, used for removing burrs from milling, turning and sawing operations. Machining companies that visited Gamor soon saw the usefulness of this simple machine for their production and after manufacturing them on request for other companies in the area, in 1985 it went on to become a mass production product. Green division – sharpening and sand- belt machines There are 10 different models with capacities of M2-M8, M3- M12, M3-M16, M4-M20 and M5-M24, giving a simple, robust, and reliable solution with the ergonomic pantograph tapping arms. The Gamor deburring machine is a clear example of Gamor's manufacturing philosophy, as it is a product of simple design, easy to use, very robust and essential once used in production. / The clamping division is made up of 2 sub-divisions: the Gamor offers the biggest and widest range of soft, hard and Yellow division – clamping systems
