It is not about what or how much it sells, but rather defining what your company does for the world.This question may have two answers.The first,‘I have to innovate, stand out from the flock’.The second is related to the production me- thods. Managing to minimize residues and respect the envi- ronment dignifies your company’s existence. Innovating means seeking a new way of doing things.Thinking differently in order to be better.The application of new tech- nologies and knowledge can be the point of support for your creativity. Innovation is not only the domain of big compa- nies. But what it does demand is an in-depth knowledge of the market, of your sector and your customers. Nowadays it has become essential to generate a virtuous circle between customers and brands, a close relationship with emotional connections. For today it is emotions that are being sold. Su- rrounding yourself with a reliable team and dealing only with suppliers who get involved in your business represents the strength of your company.When you think about innovating, forget failure. If your project fails, analyze why it did not work, correct it and start again. New products and good ideas are often the result of many failed attempts. It really is essential not to lose patience. Share your advances with your team and with the suppliers, you will feel they are behind you. And when this product becomes a reality, exteriorize your satisfac- tion through the social media, put emotion into your com- pany’s messages, advertise it to explain it. When the time comes and your new product or service is finally up and run- ning, you will forget the effort made.You will have innovated. You will understand why your company is in the world. Innovar quiere decir buscar una nueva forma de hacer las cosas. Pensar diferente para ser mejor. La aplicación de nuevas tecnologías y conocimientos pueden ser el punto de apoyo a tu creatividad. La innovación no es sólo un dominio de las grandes empresas. Pero lo que sí exige es un conocimiento profundo del mercado, de tu sector y de tus clientes.
