This organization studied every detail and as a result of conclusions, Premium Plus was certified to the Ecolabel. This is the first step by Galworker in the production of eco products, a line that will be gradually expanded to include more and more items. The spirit of innovation and serious work, in both production and service, are the strong points of this company Consistent with its efforts towards attaining excellence in all respects, Galworker obtained the UNE-EN ISO 9001:2008 certificate, accredited by Group SGS. This involved a number of improvements and processes in all activities, with the optimization of design and production areas, as well as all processes in marketing and servicing. In order to validate this ISO certificate every year, the company implements exhaustive quality controls, and holds staff meetings that help them pinpoint problems and find suitable solutions. As to service, the company’s mechanisms clearly and accurately assess client satisfaction levels, and feedback is a major factor in this equation. Among other positive results, delivery terms have been shortened and service is more and more efficient. In terms of innovation, Galworker launched technical product lines some years ago, like Protech, featuring workwear that combines flame retardant, antistatic and acid-resistant properties. The product range has expanded and now includes a number of products, all of them complying with standards EN 11612:2008, EN 1149-3:2004, EN 1149- 5:2008 and EN 13034:2005+A1:2009. In addition, the Out Worker and City Worker high-vis lines have also been expanded, and all products comply with EN 471:200+A1:2008. In order to offer clients a wider range of choices, Galworker added new high-vis technical workwear and products for the health care and hostelry sectors to the company’s new catalogue.
