A+A is the largest trade fair for personal protection, operational safety and health and hygiene at work, aspects that are the essence of Fal Seguridad, its activity and products. “The policy of the company is to offer quality products under the motto of guaranteed safety and the desire to improve the design and performance of our models, offering the latest advances and technologies in footwear for professional use in all sectors, especially those which involve more risk for the worker: emergency, police, fire, construction, steel industry, civil engineering, automotive, etc.”, stresses a spokesman for Fal company. At A+A 2015, the company from La Rioja is showing its latest developments, among which are noteworthy: ·Evo Line It consists of several models of safety shoes addressed both to the industrial and the food processing sector, with competitive prices and with the particularity that incorporate non- metallic toecaps and anti-perforation non metal insoles, combining strength, lightness and flexibility, with comfort and protection. The Evo line offers different options to industry, such as: boots and shoes in leather, corded, with Velcro or quick release buckle. Those models for the food processing industry are made without cords, in microfiber, material that guarantees an easy machine washing. All models feature dual density polyurethane outsoles which meet all requirements of current standards, including slip resistance, so that they meet the requirements in both tile and steel (SRC). These outsoles confer to shoes great comfort, ergonomics and lightness, added values that help workers of food processing industry to find highly comfortable footwear, even if their work requires spending many hours standing. The two layers of the outsole, a compact one with pronounced profile to increase the grip and the drainage of the boot, and another of polyurethane foam that enhances the comfort of the users’ feet, avoid the muscular fatigue and vibration, besides absorbing energy in the heel to prevent micro-injuries to the joints and muscle injure. Designed according to the European Standard EN- ISO 20345, with designation symbols S3+SRC+CI. Antistatic properties (ESD) and do not include any metallic parts, since were conceived for people who spend long time working with electrical appliances. Its main features are: -Vincap ultra-light, non-metallic safety toecap that withstands impacts up to 200 joules, equivalent to the vertical fall of a mass of 20 kg from a meter high, and 15kN compression. -Anti-perforating textile insole, resistant and protective, yet light, flexible and comfortable.
