4oTrimestre14 | PROTECCIÓN LABORAL 81 Updated products Biontech the first biomechanical, auto- moldeable insole that prevents joint pain The Moron Group, expert in the field of tex- tile innovation, has launched a unique insole, worldwide patented, which can be customizes by users at home, according to the ergonomics of their feet, by means of a microwave. According to biomechanical studies conducted on Biontech, orthopedic qualities of the insole help to reduce joint vibration on the ankle, knee and lower back significantly. The Moron Group, world leader in the field of R + D + i in the textile sector, working on creation of technical products, fabrics and insoles developed to provide comfort, strength and safety, launched last year to market its new product ‘Biontech’. The introduction of the insole was done during the A + A (Düsseldorf), one of the most important fairs of safety and occupational health. Biontech insole is the first biomechanics insole with orthopedic qualities that each user can customize and self-mold to the anatomy of his feet. This is possible because the materials that make up the insole are three layers of microfiber, polyurethane and carbon that, by its own nature, allow the piece to reach sufficient temperature for getting thermo-molded in a simple microwave, in just 40 seconds and an average power of 500 w. Besides the com- fort of its cus- tomization, the strength of this product lies in its orthopedic properties for footwear in general and for the safety in particular to prevent joint pain and that are scientifically validated in two studies, both by the Centro Sanitario de Análisis Biomecánico Umana, and for Colegiados Oficiales de Podología. Some of the enhancements offered by this insole are: -Increase of the bearing surface of the foot, leading to a redistribution and pressure reduction. -Decreased joint damage at several points, significantly attenuating the vibrations that occur during operation and which affect the ankles, knees and lower back. -Foot / leg fatigue reduction if worn con- tinuously. -Great thermal comfort. The insole pro- vides a sweating perception lower than other insoles of the same type. Antibacteri- al insole, 100% breathable, 100% Total Dry. NanoFlash, HD to make boots with just one stroke The Moron Group innovates for the end customer, but also for manufacturers in the footwear sector, for which NanoFlash, a seamless, HD technology, has been devel- oped. The product, also launched at the A + A trade-fair as an international exclu- sive, comes to revolutionize the footwear market. It is a piece of high definition made by means of injected polyurethane and that offers the possibility of assem- bling footwear in just a few strokes. NanoFlash has no seams and integrates in one piece almost all that are necessary to form the structure of shoes (only the heel area requires a further connection in the assembly process). The perfection of the forms and details in the NanoFlash allow creating a new aesthetic and design that fit the foot like a glove and minimize assembly time for shoe-manufacturers in a way with no precedent so far. Further- more, the reduction of seams increases the perfection of the pieces and reduces the possibility of chafing. NanoFlash is espe- cially useful for sectors such as trekking and security. Onmicro, exterior microfiber reproducing the characteristics of natural leather Moron Group Innovation leads to the development of new fabrics and the improvement of existing ones. This has been the case of onMicro®, an outer microfiber that so far had 8 different ver- sions (Carbono, Br, Pro, Suede0.8, Suede 1.7, Suede 2.2, Charon and Nobuck). In 2014 onMicro® has expanded its range with new product lines, which are, at pre- sent, 19. The creations come to adapt onMicro® to market needs, expanding the range of col- ors, thickness or resistance to abrasion and water. In fact, onMicro® is a water- proof and breathable outer microfiber, which reproduces the characteristics of natural leather, providing comfort as well as being very versatile. Among its strengths it must be noted that it is antibacterial, washable, lightweight, envi- ronmentally friendly and highly resistant, even against chemicals. Further, in its application to footwear, allows the direct injection of the material in the outsole and the high-frequency marking. 43
