The BoxerLine® gloves, manufactured with the extremely resistant Dyneema® polyethylene fiber, have been tested by DSM Dyneema® which has certified their compliance with the highest rigorous stan- dards of safety, performance and quality. Only the gloves which pass these tests are granted the Dyneema mark. Dyneema, one of the strongest fibers in the world, is made of polyethylene that has a very high molecular weight (UHMW-PE - Ultra High Weight Polyethylene); it’s much more resistant to cutting than artificial or natural fibers (cotton and leather). The Dyneema yarn used to make protec- tive gloves provides maximum levels of resistance to cutting without needing to include composite fibers. Thanks to its soft- ness and compact crystalline structure, the Dyneema fiber offers extremely high resis- tance to abrasion that cannot be equaled by any other fiber, and is up to 20 times higher than that of gloves made of yarns containing aramide fibers. The structure of Dyneema yarn resists chemical attack from both acids and alka- lis, which will not affect performance. Dyneema gloves can withstand countless washing. The conductive and effusive properties of Dyneema reveal the capacity of the yarn to absorb and transmit heat. Both these features are much stronger than those of other fibers used to produce cut-resistant gloves. Consequently, the gloves made of Dyneema yarn are capable of letting heat off quickly, so that hands stay fresh and dry all day. Moreover the microfibers are very soft, flexible and deli- cate to the skin, allowing comfort and manual dexterity that are second to none. Model 330063 - D-Lite Dyneema seamless glove whose main fea- tures are: -Extremely close-fitting and anatomical, it fits to the hand like a second skin. -Completely free of seams and coating. -Ideal for operations requiring precision and accuracy. -Can be worn underneath other protective gloves or with traditional products such as leather, latex, nitrile and vinyl disposable gloves -Elasticized knitted wrist. -Available in colour white, sizes 8, 9, 10, it is certified according to EN 388. Boxerline gloves made of continuous Dyneema filament are also available either with a polyurethane coating or with a nitrile coating. ·Polyurethane coating Those with the polyurethane coating are designed to offer maximum comfort and protection when performing precision operations for long periods of time, in applications where ultra high resistance to cutting is essential without losing tactility. The special composition of the polyurethane and the thin weft of the seamless Dyneema allow BoxerLine gloves to “breathe” extremely well. Among the main uses it’s noteworthy: -Handling of little sharp objects, assembly of dry components, paper industry, photo- graphic laboratories, car manufacturing industry, metal carpentry, assembly of electronic components, etc. ·Nitrile coating The nitrile coating applied on a seamless Dyneema support gives the gloves a partic- ular toughness and wear resistance, prop- erties which are very appreciated for mechanical and assembly operations. The special coating prevents oily sub- stances from penetrating through and, together with the support, protects the hand in heavy duty jobs, handling abra- sive, rough or sharp objects.
