Protection against electric arc, permanent flame proof Marina Textile has been carrying out research work for over two years, in order to develop a new product complying and exceed- ing all new requirements in these standards. As a result, the com- pany has developed a new range of permanently flameproof fab- rics protecting against electric arc, offering the necessary protection in addition to durability and maximum comfort, with the added value of competitive prices. The new line of fabrics composed by modacrylic/cotton fibres is based on Marina Textil’s exclusive technology. As a result, prod- ucts exceed the standards of existing fabrics, including a num- ber of outstanding properties: • High resistance against traction Very high resistance to tear.
