Ultrane Plus 559 is the glove offering maximum performance, dexterity and precision, in addition to increased protection due to its Dyneema fabric, which means level-3 protection against cuts. The nitrile coating of the whole glove ensures maximum resis- tance (level 4) against abrasion and tears. The elastic cuffs, anatomically-designed shape and seamless fabrics ensure comfort and perfect fit. Especially addressing the mechanics, automotive and glass industry sector may be used in several fields of applica- tions, including handling sharp elements like metal sheets, whether dry or oily. The manufacturer’s catalogue also includes interesting products, among them: ·BioPro® G-VIR® technology glove, made up of three layers: the outer layer offers mechanical protection against sharp instru- ments or elements. The middle layer is soaked in disinfec- tant, in the form of micro-drops, and the inner layer enhances protection with a coating that makes gloves easy to put on. All layers are manufactured with synthetic elastomer, a material that makes gloves very elastic, offering mechanical protection comparable to that of natural rubber, without the need of applying chemical vulcanization agents. BioPro® is a glove with no natural rubber of loose dusts particles. The outside layer, in contact with the products or instru- ments to be handled, lends the glove its properties of mechanical and chemical resistance, and protects the mid- dle layer. This middle layer has a disinfectant mixture, evenly distributed (some 300 million micro-drops per glove) not in contact with the outside or user of the glove. The performance of this glove is based on the combination of its water-proofability and the biological action of the disinfectant. In this way, in the event of accidental tears, the instant action of the disinfectant will significantly reduce the number of viral particles transferred. “In vitro” and “In vivo” tests reveal that the BioPro® glove will reduce at least by 80% the number of viral particles trans- mitted, when compared to double-thickness latex gloves. ·Gloves for the chemical sector These gloves offer a very wide protection spectrum, and are known for their innovative profile, based on multi- layer technologies for polyvalent chemical resistance, while preserving flexibility levels. The products are made with fluor-elastomer and polyvinyl alcohol.
