Designed for comfort and durability, with adjustable, flexible, light head straps, for use with or without helmet. Their powerful beam makes them versatile and durable, adaptable to all kinds of tasks. Among them we should mention: -Argo HP Luxeon (Lithium battery). One of the brightest head- lamps, with a high-flux Luxeon LED that’s seven times brighter than a regular LED and extra long runtime. With 90o tilting head, powered by 3V Li battery. 33 lumens typical (high mode); 12 lumens typical (low mode). 4.75 hrs. Run time at regulated maxi- mum intensity plus 3.5 additional hrs. of declining usable output, 20+ hours on low mode. Includes elastic head strap and rubber helmet strap. 90° tilting head. LEDs, of Light Emitting Diodes, use up very little battery power (up to 336 hours using the same batteries). Their life is virtually infi- nite (100,000 hours) and they are almost indestructible because they have no filaments. However, they are especially brilliant but Streamlight solved this problem by combining multiples LEDs in a single light. Streamlight employs the Luxeon technology combin- ing long life and resistance of LEDs with the light power of con- ventional bulbs. Some of the LEDs used by this company are 20 times brighter than standard LEDs. Streamlight is the only com- pany offering the most effective LED/incandescent hybrid combi- nation in the marketplace. For Twin-Task models 3C-XP and SL- 20XP (rechargeable) users may choose between the bright Xenon bulb and the long-lasting LED, with a simple switch. Faru states “Streamlight lamps have long been regarded as the most reliable in the world. Their unparalleled quality earned them this reputation, and they continue to shine more than ever with the ATEX-approved line for industrial use and firefighter teams (explosive environments). The models have been tested for use in dangerous environments, and their most salient features include long hours of light, extreme brightness and virtually inde- structible, waterproof polymer bodies.
