Con una inversión cercana a 5 M€, las nuevas instalaciones están orientadas a ser el punto de referencia de Eiffage Energía en España, mejorando la visibilidad y reforzando la imagen de la compañía, aumentando la sinergia entre sus filiales y departamentos, reduciendo los costes, aumentando la productividad y mejorando las condiciones de trabajo con el fin de atraer y retener el talento. El nuevo edificio, integra en un mismo centro de trabajo los Servicios Centrales, la Territorial Centro, Conscytec, los departamentos de Energías Renovables y Mantenimiento, así como servicios comunes que incluyen 280 plazas de aparcamiento, Centro de Formación, cafetería y salas de reuniones. El presidente de Castilla-La Mancha, Emiliano García Page, inauguró la nueva sede el pasado mes de enero, en un acto al que asistió el director general internacional de Eiffage Énergy Systèmes, Ludovic Duplan, representantes institucionales y empresariales, así como los directores territoriales y de filiales de la compañía. El proyecto, desarrollado durante 2016, y cuya construcción se llevó a cabo entre abril de 2017 y diciembre de 2018, integra la edificación y obra civil, las instalaciones, tanto eléctricas como mecánicas, la alta tensión y las energías renovables, ha sido desarrollado gracias a la colaboración de los distintos departamentos y filiales del Grupo. El conjunto está equipado con instalación solar fotovoltaica para generación de energía eléctrica; instalaciones solar térmica y caldera de aerotérmia y central de biomasa para generación de energía térmica; sistema de recuperación de agua de lluvia para riego; iluminación integral LED; sistema BMS de monitorización y control; puntos de recarga de vehículos eléctricos; así como sistemas pasivos de protección solar en todos los edificios, entre otras cosas. Solar fotovoltaica Los paneles están instalados en dos variantes distintas. En estructura coplanar sobre la cubierta del edificio de aparcamiento, con una potencia total de 40 kW, y sobre seguidor a 1 eje en la zona de aparcamiento descubierto, con una potencia de 20 kW. El conjunto dispone de una potencia total instalada de 60 kW. Esa potencia se destinará completamente para autoconsumo del complejo, lo cual supone un aporte del 25% de la energía total demandada por la instalación. The new building integrates all the Central Services, the Regional Centre, Conscytec, the Renewable Energy and Maintenance departments, in addition to offering general services including 280 parking spaces, a Training Centre, canteen and meeting rooms. Developed during 2016, the project, whose construction took place between April 2017 and December 2018 and which involved building and civil engineering works, the electrical and mechanical, high voltage and renewable energy installations, was implemented thanks to the collaboration of different Group departments and subsidiaries. Among other features, the complex is equipped with a solar PV installation to generate electricity; solar thermal installations with an aerothermal boiler and biomass plant to generate thermal power; a rainwater harvesting system for watering; integrated LED lighting; BMS monitoring and control system; charging points for electric vehicles; as well as passive solar protection systems in every building. Solar PV Two different formats of solar panels have been installed: on a coplanar structure on the roof of the car park building, with a total output of 40 kW; and on a single-axis tracker in the openair parking area, with an output of 20 kW. Together these panels offer a total installed capacity of 60 kW. 100% of this output is destined to be self-consumed by the complex, representing a contribution of 25% of the total energy demand of the facility. NEWHEAD OFFICE FOR EIFFAGE ENERGÍA A REFERENCE IN SUSTAINABILITY AND ENERGY EFFICIENCY The new head office of Eiffage Energía in Albacete is situated in a historic location on the Mahora road and brings together all the services offered by the company into one single work centre. Designed to be a reference as regards sustainability and energy efficiency, the project incorporates technical specifications for eco-efficient materials along with systems and installations that increase efficiency and reduce consumption and, as such, lower the company’s environmental impact. NUEVA SEDE CENTRAL DE EIFFAGE ENERGÍA REFERENTE EN MATERIA DE SOSTENIBILIDAD Y EFICIENCIA ENERGÉTICA La nueva sede de Eiffage Energía se sitúa en Albacete, en su localización histórica de ctra. de Mahora y va a integrar la totalidad de los servicios de Eiffage Energía de Albacete en un único centro de trabajo. Orientado a ser un referente en materia de sostenibilidad y eficiencia energética, el proyecto incorpora especificaciones técnicas de materiales ecoeficientes y sistemas e instalaciones que aumentan la eficiencia y reducen el consumo y, por tanto, el impacto medioambiental.
