Esto hace que Service Tool sea especialmente apto para hoteles y grandes edificios ya que el software puede conectarse en cualquier punto de la red a través de un adaptador USB y los datos almacenados se pueden consultar en modo offline. Chequeo automático y soporte técnico, mantenimiento de forma remota Una vez instalado el software, Service Tool de Fujitsu realiza un chequeo automático que incluye alertas en caso de anomalías. Su función de autodiagnóstico periódico verifica si los valores de los diferentes sensores de los sistemas conectados son correctos y en su caso, emite un informe. El sistema, además, permite compartir la pantalla local con especialistas ubicados en otro lugar. Esta información se puede compartir en tiempo real con el servicio técnico en modo presencial en caso de anomalías y, también a través de chat online. El sistema puede ofrecer hasta tres tipos de valores por cada sensor y ofrece múltiples gráficos en función de cada situación, que simplifican el análisis y la toma de decisiones. Its regular self-diagnostic function checks to see if the different sensor values of the connected systems are correct and, as necessary, issues a report. The system is also able to share the local screen with specialists in another location. This information can be shared in real time with the technical service on the ground in the event of anomalies, as well as via an online chat.
