El centro de control permite la monitorización en tiempo real de todos los equipos de recarga conectados, realizar operaciones remotas en los cargadores, como comienzo y parada de carga, desbloqueo de cable, actualización de firmware, así como obtener estadísticas de uso y operación de la red de recarga. Múltiples funcionalidades como la creación de subcuentas para clientes específicos, el almacenamiento de toda la información transmitida por los cargadores mediante técnicas de big data, la gestión de tarjetas RFID, descuentos y facturación por múltiples criterios, o acceso a información técnica para los equipos de mantenimiento, aseguran que la infraestructura de recarga contará con la flexibilidad necesaria para crecer y adaptarse a las necesidades. Actualmente la plataforma de gestión de Efimob da servicio a más de mil equipos de recarga operados directamente desde ella, tanto de carga normal como rápida, y permite acceder a través de diferentes plataformas de roaming a miles de puntos de recarga adicionales en toda Europa. Multiple functionalities are available including the creation of sub-accounts for specific clients; the storage of all the information transmitted by the chargers thanks to big data techniques; the management of RFID cards; discounts and billing applying multiple criteria; and access to technical information for the maintenance teams. All of which ensures that the charging infrastructure is equipped with the flexibility necessary to grow and adapt to user’s needs. Charge managers One of the most contentious roles in the e-mobility landscape is that of the charge manager.
