Línea de crédito de 500 M€ para impulsar la innovación tecnológica en el sector hotelero Banco Sabadell y el Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH) han llegado a un acuerdo por el cual la entidad financiera pone a disposición de esta organización una línea de crédito de 500 M€ con el objeto de impulsar proyectos que sirvan para potenciar la innovación tecnológica y sostenibilidad del sector hotelero. Con la firma de este convenio, ambas entidades coinciden en señalar que el objetivo marcado es ayudar a incrementar la competitividad de la industria hotelera y turística del país. Banco Sabadell, a través de su unidad Sabadell Negocio Turístico, ofrece a las empresas asociadas al ITH un completo catálogo de productos y servicios para financiar proyectos de eficiencia energética y sostenibilidad, renovación de instalaciones y bienes de equipo, modernización y adaptación de imagen corporativa, reposicionamiento de establecimientos. También les brinda un amplio repertorio de medios de pago, comercio electrónico, facturación electrónica y productos de banco seguro para la cobertura de siniestros. iEnergy se asocia a ITH para trabajar en eficiencia y sostenibilidad El Instituto Tecnológico Hotelero (ITH) ha sumado un nuevo socio en el área de Sostenibilidad y Eficiencia Energética. Se trata de la consultora energética de base tecnológica iEnergy, que dispone de una variada red de técnicos, incluyendo arquitectos e ingenieros, para resolver las consultas y proporcionar servicios técnicos a los hoteles a nivel nacional. El objetivo es ofrecer al sector hotelero un servicio técnico de consultas gratuitas, que podrán ser resueltas por teléfono y/o por correo electrónico. Asimismo cada interesado dispondrá de su propio técnico asignado. De estamanera, se proporcionará a los alojamientos servicios de calidad de asesoría técnica referentes a eficiencia energética, materias en las que cada vez hay más interés en el sector, dado el alto potencial de ahorro existente. Y es que a la hora de adoptar estrategias sostenibles los empresarios hoteleros apuestan principalmente por medidas enmarcadas en esta área, que les permitan ahorrar considerablemente en su factura energética con un retorno de inversión a corto plazo. Fruto del acuerdo alcanzado por iEnergy y el ITH, se ofrecerán también soluciones escalables y adaptables a partir de la bolsa de soluciones tecnológicas ofrecidas por los partners tecnológicos del ITH, a cada tipo de establecimiento, para suplir sus principales necesidades y exigencias en materia de gestión energética, ofreciendo estándares de garantía y calidad superiores a los establecidos por normativa. This involves the technology-based energy consultancy firm iEnergy that offers an extensive network of technicians including architects and engineers, to answer questions and provide technical services to hotels all over Spain. It aims to equip the hotel sector with a technical service that can be consulted free of charge by phone and/or email, assigning a technician to every interested party. As such, establishments are provided with quality technical assessment services in connection with energy efficiency, an issue regarding which there is an increasing level of interest in the sector, given the existing high level of savings potential. And when the time comes to adopt sustainable strategies, hotel owners generally support measures that fall within this area, that allow them to make considerable savings on their energy bills with a shortterm ROI.
