Xinjiang Goldwind Science &Technology lideró el ranking anual de Bloomberg New Energy Finance con 7,8 GWde potencia eólica puesta en servicios, impulsada por un creciente mercado chino que instaló un record de 28,7 GW el año pasado. Prácticamente toda la potencia de Goldwind en 2015 fue instalada en China, un mercado en el que, en conjunto, los fabricantes extranjeros representaron menos del 5% de cuota de mercado. Vestas se colocó en segundo lugar con 7,3 GW puestos en marcha frente a los 2,5 GW de 2014. La compañía siguió una estrategia global, con la puesta en marcha de proyectos en 32 países en todo el mundo, 18 más que el siguiente mayor competidor. Nearly all Goldwind’s 2015 capacity was installed in China, a market in which foreign manufacturers as a whole accounted for less than 5% of market share. Inaugurada la central termosolar de Bokpoort en Sudáfrica South Africa inaugurates the Bokpoort CSP plant El pasado 14 de marzo fue inaugurada la planta termosolar de Bokpoort, cerca de la ciudad de Upington, en la región de Northern Cape (Sudáfrica), construida por un consorcio liderado por las empresas españolas Sener, Acciona y TSK, y en el que participa también la sudafricana Crowie. Este proyecto ha sido desarrollado para el grupo saudí ACWA Power en un modelo llave en mano o EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) y ha requerido una inversión superior a los 300 M€. La nueva planta termosolar de Bokpoort se encuentra ya en operación y tiene una potencia de 55 MW brutos. Su tecnología es de colectores cilindro-parabólicos SENERtrough©, con un sistema de dos tanques de almacenamiento de energía mediante sales fundidas, de 1.300 MWht, que proporcionan 9,3 horas de funcionamiento. El campo solar de esta instalación está integrado por 180 lazos, y su producción anual será de más de 230 GWh netos. The Bokpoort concentrated solar plant, built by a joint venture headed up by Spain’s Sener, Acciona and TSK and South Africa’s Crowie, was inaugurated on 14 March near Upington in the Northern Cape Province of South Africa. The Saudi group ACWA Power awarded the turnkey EPC (Engineering, Procurement and Construction) contract which has involved an investment of more than €300m. The new CSP plant at Bokpoort is already in operation and has a gross capacity of 55 MW. It uses SENERtrough® parabolic trough collector technology with a 1,300 MWht system of two energy storage tanks using molten salts that provide 9.3 hours of operation.
