www.futurenviro.es | Febrero-Marzo February-March 2021 82 Riego | Irrigation Este artículo describe la instalación de tuberías TOM® de PVC orientado (PVC-O) de Molecor en el proyecto de modernización del regadío de la zona regable de la Comunidad de Regantes del Trasvase Tajo-Segura de Librilla, Sector 2. Antecedentes En el artículo 75 “Declaración de interés general de determinadas obras de regadío” de la Ley 55/1999, de 29 de diciembre, se declaran de interés general las obras del apartado a) “Obras de modernización y consolidación de los regadíos de las Comunidades de Regantes siguientes:”, y entre ellas está la Comunidad de Regantes de aguas del Trasvase Tajo- Segura de Librilla (Murcia). En junio de 2004 la Junta de Gobierno de la Comunidad de Regantes aprueba iniciar los trámites para la ejecución de las obras de modernización del regadío en su ámbito, mediante la construcción de varios embalses reguladores y la instalación de redes de distribución de agua a presión, automatizada a nivel de parcela. Posteriormente, se llegó a un acuerdo con la Consejería de Agua, Agricultura, Ganadería y Pesca de la Región de Murcia para la ayuda en la financiación de las obras, mediante la realización de las obras correspondientes a la modernización del regadío en el Sector 3, de los cuatro sectores en que se divide el área regable de la Comunidad, y del sistema de regulación de volúmenes del Sector 2. La red hidráulica del Sector 2, que es el objeto de este proyecto, y la modernización total del Sector 1 se financiarán mediante la Orden de Mejora, Modernización y Consolidación de los Regadíos en la Región de Murcia. En cuanto al Sector 4, el embalse de regulación, conocido por el nombre de “Dª. Vicenta”, y el resto de las obras e instalaciones de la modernización, ya lo realizó la propia Consejería y en este momento se encuentran totalmente operativas. En las obras de ejecución del presente proyecto se consideran solamente todas las obras e instalaciones de carácter hidráulico y de suministro de energía, necesarias para la modernización del Sector 2, con una superficie modernizable de 879,5 ha, repartidas en una Zona de Impulsión de 219,3 ha y 371 parcelas reunidas en 41 hidrantes y una zona de gravedad de 660,1789 ha y 868 parcelas en 98 hidrantes, porque las necesarias para la regulación de volúmenes son objeto de otro proyecto. Las obras fueron promovidas a instancia de la Comunidad de Regantes de Aguas del Trasvase Tajo-Segura de Librilla (Murcia). El proyecto fue redactado por Water Technologies, llevando la Dirección de Obra y la coordinación de seguridad Moval Agroingeniería, y ejecutando finalmente las mismas Padelsa Infraestructuras. Las obras comenzaron en el año 2018 y tienen prevista su finalización en el 2020. This agreement resulted in the Regional Ministry itself carrying out the works associated with the upgrading of the irrigation system in Sector 3 and the volume regulating system in Sector 2, these sectors being two of the four sectors into which the irrigable area of the Community is divided. The Sector 2 water distribution network, which is the subject of this project, and the total modernisation of Sector 1 will be financed by the Order for the Improvement, Modernisation and Consolidation of Irrigation in the Region of Murcia. In Sector 4, the regulation reservoir, known by the name of “Doña Vicenta”, and the remaining modernisation works and installations have already been carried out by the Regional Ministry and are now fully operational. The works carried out in the framework of this project include only those related to the water and energy supply required for the upgrading of Sector 2.
