El suministro consta de: • Tres separadores overband electromagnéticos tipos SF-RC, para la separación de metales férricos. • Tres separadores de metales no férricos (Eddy Current), de rotor excéntrico, tipo SFME, para la separación de aluminio. Los separadores overband trabajarán tanto de forma transversal como longitudinal, instalados al final de las cintas transportadoras, recuperando los elementos férricos que se presentan en el flujo de material. Son separadores ampliamente conocidos en el mercado internacional y destacan por su gran rendimiento y durabilidad. Los separadores inductivos o eddy current, de rotor excéntrico, presentan una gran robustez y un bajísimo mantenimiento y, al igual que los anteriores, se caracterizan por su alto rendimiento, separando todos los elementos metálicos que se encuentran entre el material procesado (latas, bricks, botes, etc.). The scope of the supply included: • Three SF-RC electromagnetic overband separators for the separation of ferrous metals. • Three SFME eccentric rotor non-ferrous metal (Eddy Current) separators for the separation of aluminium. The overband separators work both crossways and lengthways, and are installed at the end of conveyors to recover the ferrous elements in the material stream. These separators are widely acknowledged in the international market for their outstanding efficiency and durability. Like the overband separators, the eccentric rotor Eddy Current separators supplied are robust, have extremely low maintenance requirements and are characterised by highly efficient performance in the separation of all metal elements from the material stream (cans, Tetra-Pak containers, tins, etc.).
