The tower is round and the sun rotates. When light reaches and touches the tower it is noted as a mirror and then the light goes in another direction, depending on how it is. Not a usual type of lighting. We wanted to avoid traditional lighting system, so we put some mirrors that amplify the light. There is also some vibration created by the mirrors, which are twofold. If you explain to someone that you do something like that in such a buil- ding he will tell you that it will never work, it’s impossible. But in the end you do it and yes it works. It also allows people who work in offices to have a very different work expe- rience, highly unusual. And with the weather we have in Barcelona, it is needless to construct buildings with large windows closed which you have to cover all day with blinds. Some people criticized me and said it is a building too closed, too dark, an abe- rration ... But it’s the type of aberra- tions that I like.
