El hotel está formado por dos torres de 110 metros de altura, unidas por un es- pectacular restaurante panorámico y una terraza mirador. Los 27 pisos del establecimiento son un refugio natural donde pal- meras y vegetación se transforman en elementos arquitectónicos per- fectamente integrados en la estruc- tura del edificio. The 27 floors of the hotel are a natural haven where palm trees and vegetation are transformed into architectural elements perfectly in- tegrated into the building structure. The hotel has 293 palm trees of ten different types and more than 30 plant species from five continents. Chromatic duality ... and lights and shadows The constant presence of nature is combined with an incredible chro- matic duality between white and black. Three of the four facades of the building are bright white, while the north oriented is absolutely black. The vertical garden, the lighting design is designed so that both palms like the rest of the leaves cast shadows on the highest possi- ble floor area. This duality is also transferred to the 357 hotel rooms. 214 are white and 43 of a deep gray. The light, functionality and a striking design emerge in every one of the rooms, divided into five different types.
