Además, uno de los mayores problemas es que limitan la posibili- dad del control de la contemplación visual desde la habitación, ya que Fachada móvil The façade should not only be able to deliver an optimal response to inside lighting comfort, but must also have a con- noted way to be a contribution to the image of the city. This will also depend on its location. In Barcelona there is a great varie- ty of hotels, which we could bring together, at a general level, into three different types, depending on the fa- cade they have and in direct relation with the control of natural lighting by the customer and, consequently, the lighting comfort inside the enclosures. Fachada revestida Types of façade The perforated facade is defined as openings that can vary in size, but which have no architectural lighting control. Due to the same thing, the perforations are usually of a repetitive type, whereby the shape of the buil- ding and the hotel’s image becomes monotonous. There are cases whe- re the beauty of the form can stand out by its functional character. But, nevertheless, this does not change its lack of adaptability of the space to the particular requirements of the custo- mers, because the uniformity of the apertures. An example is the facade of the Hotel Catalonia Barcelona Pla- za, Enric Sòria, 1992. The coated facade concerns when a new facade is attached to the existing one, thus generating a transfer filter of direct natural light into buildings. To this end, the facade is clad with elements that may or may not have a formal appeal. These solutions have the problem that they are rigid, the- refore, they work for all hours of the day in the same way. In addition, one of the biggest problems is that they limit the possibility of visual contem-
