De carácter técnico: surge como una herramienta de planificación, de gestión urbana y de control de las propuestas lumínicas futuras y de ser necesario, podría plantearse un sub apartado Stage 3: corresponds to the evaluation of the lighting system located in the urban space, based on a stage of evaluation of the lighting system once it is implemented. Detailed analysis of the key 5 points: this is structured from 5 operative questions and their respective specific questions that will answer the operative questions. P.O - 1: What are the consequences of the inclusion of dynamic lighting in the lighting ambit? P.O - 2: Which are the most relevant components of dynamic lighting that affect the comprehension of the urban space? P.O - 3: What lighting parameters intervene in dynamic lighting? P.O - 4: Which components of the urban space are affected by lighting dynamically? P.O - 5: What factors intervene in visual perception and affect the comprehension of the urban space?
