Vertical automatic welding: for production of condensers
The vertical welding that commercialises Machinery Curvaser is indicated for the production of parrillas for condensers.
The essential dowries of this installation of high productivity are the modern conception, the easy use and the extreme ease of regulation thanks to the electronic programming. Besides, it allows to solder of automatic form. The device of load of wand also can program in way to realise a regular step or differentiated. It has the possibility to realise parrillas for condensers of different dimensions.
The installation has electrosoldadura special to testa multiple horizontal, formed of structure of base in tube electrosoldado, transformers of welding of 100 kVA and the cabezales of welding are pneumatics with movement guiante (antirotante). It incorporates electronic controls for the programming of the management of the cycle of welding and magnets for the positioning and control of presence of the wand. Besides, the feeders of hopper are of double selection and the hoppers are mounted on lanes for a comfortable control and manutención. It has a posicionador giratorio of two estacione with electromechanical rotation of 180° instrumented with acceleration and braked controlled. The upper table is instrumented with support for two masks of welding adapted to the positioning and to the blockade of the serpentines in tube.
It integrates a carpet of high hygiene to prevent the rotation of the support of masks in presence of the operario. Also it has of manipulador linear to portal, with two axles controlled and programmable, endowed of tie up tyre of double pinza.
Regarding the hygiene, incorporates a set of protections antiaccidentes that fulfil with the directive 98/37/CEE and the 89/392 CEE. It has electrical and electronic cupboard for the management and the control of the cycle of work and integrates a PLC programmable with software devoted to the autodiagnosis of failures and unemployment of the machine with visualizador in clear on ‘touch screen' of the state of the alarms.
