Machinery Curvaser sells the bending Tauring Alpha 200, fully hydraulic, three driven rollers and dual independent regulation.

The upper roller is fixed seat, while the lower rollers are mounted on rectilinear slides, operated by two hydraulic cylinders. The geometry of this machine allows bending not only profiles of large but also small with curved spokes greatly reduced. Thanks to its specific characteristics, it is indicated for the large and middle carpentry. One of the important characteristics of this machine is the application of independent media (S.I.) at the tip of the axes. These S.I. can do work axes not by shaking, as in the traditional curvadoras, but in a way linked to the S.I. downloading the efforts of bending on the slides and accordingly on the machine. Thus the bending capabilities increase dramatically (up to three times), allowing work normally for use with machines of higher dimensions while maintaining also the most absolute freedom to work, without creating any obstacle to the loading and unloading of material between the rollers bending rolls. The latter also can be easily regulated without having to disassemble the device.

The driven rollers are hydraulic drive. Each roller is commanded by an epicyclic hydraulic motor.

The manning of the machine includes, on both sides, the corrective side of triple hydraulic correction. Each spell can take all the positions necessary to offer an optimal correction of the profile during the bending.

The standard allocation includes the multi-purpose roller, for bending of a wide range of profiles. All rotating bodies are mounted on bearings of high radial loads and are built in alloy steel, cemented, hardened and rectified body of the machine built in steel welded steel timely veined. The closet electric and central hydraulic is integrated into the structure of the machine. It offers a wide range of accessories on request to adapt the machine to the bending of any profile. It's an extremely simple to use, compact, versatile and intelligent instrument. The technology uses a small, modern and powerful microprocessor that can achieve the necessary calculations to the predestination of bending radii. The strong point of this instrument is the ability to predetermine the bending radius. The operator does not have to waste more and time and material to find the radius of bending desired. The machine comes equipped with the electronic ARC 50/300 arquímetro for immediate measurement of bending radii.
