Dobladora To numerical control computerizado: with three axles and two radii of curvado
The dobladora of wand CNC 61 of OMCG, company commercialised by Machinery Curvaser, incorporates a fixed frontal arm to guide the wand and like this avoid his rotation.
It offers the possibility to realise rings and curves with minimum straight parts between both and do ojales.
Besides, it has different complementary accessories like a unit of bevel-edged, presses of 20 t and a unit of threaded.
They exist two distinct models. One, for wand of 1 to 4 mm and, another version, of 2 to 6,5 mm of diameter of wire. Both models have an installed power of 6 kW. In the version of diameter of 1 to 4 mm, the dobladora has the drag mounted beside the head of curvado to allow realise small details or details with a radius of small wand, with maximum speed and precision. The speed of advance for the version of 1 to 4 mm is of 44 m/min, and of until 3 m/s for the version of 2 to 6,5 mm.
The programming in surroundings Windows is simple and fast to use, thanks to his graphic system and of simulation of production in screen.
