Dobladora To CNC: for wand
The dobladora to CNC model CNC 61 of the mark OMCG is for wand with 3 axles and 2 radii of curvado.
The diameter of the wand is of 1 to 4 mm with an advance of 0 to infinite and a speed of advance of until 44 m/min.
His platform rotante achieves a speed of positioning of until 360°/s, with a rotation of ±172°.
Regarding his axles of curvado, the time for curvar to 90° is of 0,25 s, with 180° is of 0,40 s. The length of the arm is of 600 mm, and the minimum length of the cut is without limit. As it has said previously, it has of 2 radii of curvado on standard baboon. The curvado of left to right and by generation are included.
Also it has of 3 axles with simultaneous movement point ready or in interpolation. The half power in operation is of 1,5 kW and the installed power is of 6 kW.
The dimensions of the machine with protections and enderezador static is of long 3.200, width of 1.340 mm and high of 2.000 mm. His net weight total is of 1.430 kg.
Also this model has the fixed frontal arm to guide the wand and to avoid his rotation. Possibility to realise curves with minimum straight parts between both. Besides, possibility to do ojales.

The programming is very simple and fast, thanks to the graphic system and of simulation of production in screen. The operating system is Windows and is extremely simple to use.
