Curvadora Pyramidal: of three rollers motrices and between-variable axles
Delta 50 Plus is a curvadora of pyramidal type of three rollers motrices and between-variable axles. In this model, the upper roller is regulable hidráulicamente while the inferior rollers are regulables in four different positions.
The between-variable axles plays an important function in the curvado of profiles with geometries and different structures. The wide position, for example, is apt for the curvado of tubular profiles, squared and rectangular or special profiles for enclosures of enclosed section. Therefore, this position allows to use an arm of curvado relatively big facilitating the curvado and avoiding the collapse.
The narrow position facilitates instead the curvado of thin and asymmetric profiles since it warns that the tube retuerce thanks to the greater pressesure specifies exercised of the roller curvador on the material and facilitates the slide in any condition.
The between-half axles are mayormente used for the curvado of round tubes since it is the just commitment to obtain radios very small without ovalización.

The rotation realises by means of reductor accionado by means of cardán of high resistance. It has mechanical device to friction on the upper roller for the compensation of the peripheral speeds .
The chassis basculante allows to work in horizontal and in vertical (with vertical axles and horizontals).
