Manufacturers and distributors aúnan efforts to keep the chain of cold of the foods frozen

The initiative, coordinated by Aecoc, has like aim in his recommendations help to the companies to improve appearances like the communication to the consumer and buyer of foods frozen, facilitate the purchase in the section and ensure the maintenance of the chain of cold.
The recommendations of AECOC insist in the need that the section offer all the guarantees of necessary conservation and includes practical councils (like the possibility to inform on the temperature of the thermometer of the freezer) for the consumers.
In this same line of performance, the Platform of the Frozen has set up a specific project, led from the committee of logistics of Aecoc and in collaboration with SDF Iberian, with the aim to guarantee the maintenance of the chain of cold and control his correct operation and sensitise/sensitize to all the agents involved of the importance of the chain of the cold, from the warehouse of the manufacturer until the linear.
